Does Invisalign Hurt?

Like all orthodontic treatments, Invisalign® may cause soreness and mild discomfort. That’s because the Invisalign® trays exert pressure over time, in order to move your teeth. The soreness means it’s working! For our patients, the discomfort is completely manageable. You’ll probably feel sore for a couple days after you’ve moved on to a new aligner in the series. As your teeth gradually shift, the soreness will lessen.

The only way to know if you are a good candidate for Invisalign® is to arrange a consultation with Dr. Jorge Paez. To learn more, please call us in Las Vegas at 702-737-3553.
